Graeme McDowell Looks At The Irish Open

Graeme McDowell states that the upcoming tournament Irish Open that would be held in Portstewart would be something that he looks forward to. It would certainly fulfill his dream.

Having been a US Open champion in 2010, he states that Padraig Harrington, Rory McIlroy and Shane Lowry have made commendable wins at the Irish Open which he has watched closely. Having watched the winners of the Irish Open over the last ten years, Graeme, at the age of 37, is hoping to join the list of winners when he participates in Irish Open that would be held in the early part of July this year.

Even Darren Clarke is also hoping to have a significant breakthrough in his career through his performance in the Irish Open. The event, known as Dubai Duty Free Irish Open would be a weeklong event and would see many professional golfers participating in the event.

The venue at Portstewart also has popularity among golfers. The course is known to be an ideal one and has classic links to offer.
